Shipping and Lead times
We will do our best to publish a general lead time, usually in the Purchase Page. This will our best attempt to provide an estimate of the lead time based on the most recent available information we have at the time. Please understand that actual lead times may be longer depending on manufacturing and/or providers constraints. You can always ask for an updated lead time for your order by sending an email to tracking@foveas.com
We always recommend the production schedules regarding Foveas products should only be made when the product in question is in your hands, tested, and works to your satisfaction.
Anyway, we want to hear from your needs. You are welcome to contact us at any time and we will try to do the best for your particular case.
Payment methods
All Foveas equipment is sold online via Paypal. We accept other payment methods, but before sending funds through an alternative payment method, please contact us at sales@foveas.com

Warranty
All Foveas equipment is sold under certain warranty terms. Please, take a look at them.
Taxes
International orders are generally subject to local import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes in the country of destination.
Foveas is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs, VAT or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. Foveas advises you to consult with your local government import office for specific information about these potential charges. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
Billing Address
The billing address on the order form, must be the address to which your bank mails your monthly credit card statement. The bill address you give to us must agree with the address that the bank which issued your credit card has on file.
Foveas reserves the right to refuse orders in which the address or credit card can not be verified.
Return Policy
All major equipment sales are final with exception of defective merchandise. All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards.
Foveas establish a 7 days period for returning defective equipment.
No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. For this purpose, please send an email to support@foveas.com
RMA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days only. Merchandise received beyond the 30 day period will not be credited and will only be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes being shipped back (i.e. 1 of 6, 2 of 6, etc.). For your own protection, we suggest shipping all returns fully insured and via traceable carrier. We will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit to us.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model only. Not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. If any of the above conditions are not met, Foveas reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of not less than 15%, at our sole discretion. There is no restocking fee on the return of defective merchandise. Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.
Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card or PayPal will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase. Refunds on returned items which were paid for by check will only be made by check after a 10-day waiting period. Rebate information is provided for informational purposes only and does not promise or imply eligibility to receive the rebate.
Please allow up to 14 business days to process and credit your return. Actual time for credit to appear on bank card will vary from bank to bank.
